In the State of Colorado, the Colorado Blue Spruce Book Award is a contest that asks teens to vote for the best book. Teenagers aged 13 to 19 are asked to vote on several nominated books. Anyone can vote. The contest asks voters to read 3 of the nominated books and vote for the best out of the 3.
